If you are applying for an Off-Road Vehicle Event/Derby, please complete the Application form and submit your payment of $78.75 payable to the Minister of Finance and forward to Crown Lands & Property Agency, 308 – 25 Tupper Street North, Portage la Prairie, MB, R1N 3K1 Attn: Bruce Brown. If you have questions about completing the document please contact Bruce at 1-866-210-9589.
Please note, to speed up the process, please provide your mapping on a Municipal Ownership map which can be obtained at your local municipal office. If your trail runs through a Provincial Forest, an additional $10.00 is required. As well, a payment of $75.00 plus GST is payable to complete the Licence of Occupation paperwork.
PLEASE NOTE THAT CLPA REQUIRES 30 DAYS TO PROCESS AN OFF-ROAD VEHICLE EVENT.
